These terms and conditions govern the sale of products through our website (konacoffee.co.uk or similar). By placing an order you agree to be bound by them. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Each Kona drop is a limited, one-time release. We sell a fixed number of boxes per drop — once they are gone, that specific drop will not be restocked.
Each box contains the items described on the product page at the time of purchase (coffee, brew card, access to exclusive content). We reserve the right to make minor substitutions of equivalent or greater value if circumstances require it.
All orders are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you confirm that:
We will send you an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your box.
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free for all UK orders. We reserve the right to change prices between drops.
We aim to dispatch all orders on the shipping date stated on the product page. Delivery is via Royal Mail or a comparable courier and typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the parcel has been dispatched. If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
Because each drop is a limited food product, we are unable to accept returns of opened boxes. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at george@kona-coffee.co.uk and we will do our best to cancel and refund.
All content on this website — including films, photography, copy, and design — is owned by Kona Coffee or our content partners and may not be reproduced without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kona Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products. Our liability for any direct losses shall not exceed the price you paid for the relevant order.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is always current. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
